SGL cater for the domestic and residential sector through both private and commercial clients. We are able to offer a one stop structural design service to homeowners looking to extend their existing property or build their new dream home.
We work with clients and advise them of the best options to meet their needs. Often, we are able to provide solutions which increase open plan living space and minimise visibility of structural supporting members in a seamless way.
We can also offer help and advice for homeowners less familiar with the processes involved when carrying out structural alterations to their home. As part of our range of domestic services, we can also assist with party wall agreements and advice regarding building regulations.
In addition to working with homeowners, we also liaise with builders and contractors directly as required. We are able to offer temporary propping designs and drawings to enable the contractor to undertake the structural alteration work safely.
